Teaching Philosophy

I believe the classroom is a space for intellectual courage. My teaching is designed to equip students with critical thinking skills, an awareness of structural inequalities, and the capacity to lead with both analytical rigour and ethical sensitivity. Whether teaching undergraduates encountering organisational theory for the first time or executives navigating complex workplace dynamics, I create learning environments that are participatory, evidence-based, and attuned to the diverse experiences students bring into the room.

I have designed and delivered courses across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programmes at five institutions across three countries. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from the LSE and am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. In 2022, I received the LSE Class Teacher Award in recognition of my teaching.

Executive Education & Custom Programmes

I have experience designing and delivering executive education for professionals and organisations. My executive modules include Women in Leadership and Generational Differences at Work, both developed for NYU Abu Dhabi's executive education portfolio. I welcome enquiries about bespoke workshops, guest lectures, and leadership development sessions on topics including inclusive leadership, the future of work, and navigating organisational politics.
